BOARD OF ASSESSORS

July 1, 2026

Office of the Assessor 9 Dale Avenue Gloucester, MA 01930

Ms. Papows called the meeting to order at 3:00 PM and announced the following:

Present for the meeting were: Nancy Papows, Chairperson, Tim Good, Vice Chair and Ashley Curley, Secretary. A quorum was present. Also present was Erin Nicolosi, Assistant Assessor

Approval of Minutes:

Upon MOTION of Ms. Papows to approve open session minutes of the meeting of June 15, 2026, which was SECONDED by Mr. Good: a vote was taken:

3 in favor – None opposed MOTION PASSED

Executive session under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30A, Section 21(a), subsection 7 to comply with MGL Chapter 59 Section 60.

3:01 PM Upon MOTION of Ms. Papows, to enter into executive session under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30A, Section 21(a), subsection 7 to comply with MGL Chapter 59 Section 60 to approve Executive Session Minutes from the meeting of June 15, 2026 and discuss exemption applications. SECONDED by Mr. Good; a roll call vote was taken:

The Board will adjorn the meeting in Executive Session.
