2. Roll Call Attendance.
3. Public Oral Communication for Non-Agenda Items (3 minutes per person).
4. Approve meeting minutes of 9/9/2026.
5. Approve memo to the Conservation Commission on NOI.
6. Evaluate the Geothermal & Explosive Engineering Feasibility documents submitted by Seaside Legal Solutions, 123 Main Street, to satisfy condition 19.
7. Review and approve Condition Status document for board briefing.
8. Concerns of the Subcommittee.
